Very important factors are proper nutrition and supplements.
Here are some nutritional tips which can help you.
- 8-10 glasses of mineral water daily
- More lean meats and less red ones, tofu, cold water fish
- Beans for proteins
- No trans fats found in cookies, cakes, crackers
- Less or no coffee, tobacco and other stimulants
- Foods rich in magnesium and low in calcium – rye, avocado, brown rice, potato, banana corn, bran
- Avoid white breads, sugar and pasta

Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil, 1 – 2 capsules or 1 tablespoon of oil 1 – 2 times daily
Magnesium citrate, 200 – 400 mg daily – for symptoms of kidney stones
