The temporary period of intensifying of neuroses and schizophrenic psychoses, which are accompanied by aggression, starts from the end of February (the beginning of March) and lasts during the whole month. Spring sharpening of the psychic sensitivity is related with the biological factors. The day becomes longer and the sun activity, too. Magnetic and radiation influences raise the sensitivity of nervous system. Hormonal processes are being activated and the organism weakens because of lack of vitamins and microelements during the winter period.
What exactly happens when we are angry and what can we do in this case if we have neurosis?
Bad mood and neurosis cause emitting of hormones of tension in organism – adrenalin, angiotensins and insulin. Adrenalin shrinks the blood vessels of feet, so that it could send more blood to brain and internal organs. If its activity is longer, it shrinks the coroner vessels, too. The heart starts feeding insufficiently and answers with pain. Angiotensins are raising the tonus of many arteries, including coroner. Insulin is pouring in blood sugar from the liver and the muscles, and heart muscles starts to get tired more quickly. Neuroses raise the risk of cardiovascular incidents, even though they are not direct predecessors of them. American doctors have examined 36 000 adults in ages between 55 and 80 years old, and claim that adult men and women with neuroses have heart attacks and strokes 4 times more often. So chase the bad mood away in the minute it comes! It is better if you have neurosis, to take half a pill of aspirin in the morning – as a prophylaxis against cardiovascular problems.
