The most important rule is “Persistence and attention.” Everything that we care and we want to obtain, requires attention –same is with weight loss and health which are connected.. For each accumulated 10, 20, 30 pounds, take time and perseverance, require the same. Magic pills and diets do not exist. Diet pills have very harmful effects and we should build healthy habits which are the most important. This happen consistently. People have been interesting to discover something new about your body and food in order to lose weight.
Pay attention and read the signals from your body. Our bodies are extremely intelligent and know precisely what we need. Do not eat when not hungry and drink a lot of water. In the beginning it takes more time, but later it happens by itself. And like any other quality thing is taught.
Do we need to exercise, to be slim?
You have to exercise, to be healthy. But very sedentary person who has never coached and a high degree of obesity should start training after losing certain amount of weight. Furthermore, the risk of injury is very high. These same patients are ashamed to show their body in front of people. But very quickly after losing more weight they can start training course.
But in other cases is mandatory….
Can lose weight without exercise, but not so nice, durable and aesthetically. Starting training, people become healthier and happier because of the effects of the endorphins released during exercise. Exercise removes stress, which is another reason to practice sport.

They recommend 4 meals daily. Ideally 5-6 fold. But nowadays it is almost impossible.
