Unpleasant halitosis, in other words – bad breath, can interfere normal social communication.

Fortunately there are many different ways to get rid of bad breath. Who are they?

Their action is based on their stimulating effect on the production of saliva. They quickly make your breath fresh before an important meeting. They usually have a mint flavor, but can find something for every taste. Eating an apple can also help, but the effect is fleeting. You can also use water to rinse the mouth, but no longer than 15 days because their ingredients violate the bacterial flora in the mouth, which has useful features.

Homemade recipe

Dissolve 1 teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water. Make a gargle, and then rinse your mouth well.
