infertility reasons
Do not delay baby for too long!

Approximately one third of infertility problems are the cause of women – Occlusion fallopian tubes, endometrium, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts. At almost the same rate in men is the reason – because of poor separation of sperm.

In other couples infertility is due to a combination of problems of both partners or simply had no explanation.
Several tips are always useful, summarizing health consultants US news and World report:

Do not delay too long
Many women are unaware that the peak of fertility around the 25th year and it gradually decreases to 30.
Infertility almost doubled between 30 and 40 years. Infertility in women aged 25 to 29 years is 9%, from 35 to 39-22% in the first years after 40-29%.

Furthermore, if the monthly chance of a healthy 30 year old woman to get pregnant is 20%, then 40 years, that chance drops to 5%. Nevertheless, more women delay childbirth until after age 35.

Male fertility is not unlimited in time. After age 50 many men’s sperm deteriorates its quality – produced more damaged and weak cells, which hinders conception.

Make safe sex
Sexually transmitted diseases, can dramatically reduce fertility, so the refusal of promiscuous sex and condom use are essential for the preservation of fertility.

Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the two main causes of infertility if not treated they can lead to inflammation in the pelvic area, damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus and tissues surrounding it, and it all leads to infertility, sometimes to chronic pain pelvis and ectopic pregnancy.
And chlamydia, and gonorrhea are curable but they are often not detected because sometimes occur without any symptoms. Therefore it is recommended that all women who have a new partner or more partners to be tested for these infections.
