In many cases people don’t have a clue that the fairy has turned into witch

Anxiety disorders are long term illnesses which are very difficult to be cured. The worst part is that they are usually affecting young and productive people, at the pick of their lives. In that kind of disease it is not only the patient who is suffering – the whole family is in pain too. And not only the family but also the society and country because they are left without one valuable member and gain a sick one.
This is why special trainings, in which everything is explained, should be made with the patients. The term for that kind of training is called “psychical education”. After everything has been explained to the patient – what is his condition, what are the consequences and his options, he should decide for himself if he is ready to lift up the load, or will carry it with him forever.

Is anxiety a fairy or a witch?

In most of the cases it is a fairy. Unfortunately sometimes it changes its role and becomes a witch. In many cases people don’t have a clue that the fairy has turned into witch. But nothing in this world is only bad or only good. Anxiety could help you do your job better because under pressure you react faster but sometimes people just cannot handle with it. In those cases they should search for help instead of trying to solve the problem by themselves or even worse – ignoring it. There is no shame to search for a help with specialist. After all, if you break your leg, you do walk with crutches until you are healed and then you throw them away. The same rule applies for anxiety too.
