Feng shui is the art and science of placing objects and colours around you to attract positive energy and that positive energy can certainly relate to the food you eat

Every day throw one old thing

So your first step, according to feng shui, should be to get rid of unnecessary items. For unnecessary, feng shui defines those items that you and your family have not used for more than half a year – old toys for your, old magazines, books that nobody will read again, old bags, medicines, containers, empty boxes and etc.
Particularly interesting is the concept of the “fat wardrobe”. It stores everything that has been inherited, given, redone or bought without any reason. And as a result – your wardrobe is full and you have “nothing to wear”. Feng shui experts are categorical – everything must be thrown away!
If you want to lose weight and get rid of the unnecessary thoughts, start with this simple task:

Every day throw one old thing

Of course, in practice it is quite difficult – each item is linked to old memories or you just “really, really like” it. But if you want to go forward (with weight loss and development as a human), you have to deal with it… or give up.
If it is difficult to start with your old clothes, collect old books and magazines and take them to the nearby library. This does not apply to old recipes for salads and healthy food books, you will need them. Remember that all our thoughts are material and after getting rid of old possessions we need to do the same with old thoughts.

And one small tip

When you eat, feng shui recommends using only blue plates because they will help you slow down your eating and help you stick to your diet. According to feng shui blue color is the symbol of the element Water and it is discovered that it reduces the blood pressure and blood rate.
