If you have 4 or less “yes”es: You sleep enough and there are no signs of sleep deprivation.
If you answered with “yes” to 5-6 questions: Usually you sleep enough time. Still, sometimes you do not get enough sleep. However, these losses are compensated quickly.
If you have 7-8 “yes”es: You don’t sleep enough. This may reduce the effectiveness of your work. Being not able to fully concentrate you can make minor mistakes, miss important details or to reach to wrong conclusions. We encourage you to re-check your work and to find more time to rest.
If you have 9-11 answers “yes”: You are experiencing a major lack of sleep. There is a chance to let serious mistakes in your work. This level of sleep deprivation is accompanied by clumsiness in movements, mood swings (from apathy to aggression) and feeling of frustration, due to the inability to do all the work that has been accumulated with time.
If you have 12-14 answers “yes”: Sleep deprivation will bring you big troubles. You will make mistake after mistake at work, will stop being interested not only from work but also of the other things in life. You will lose the desire of talking to people. You feel that all movies are bad, all the TV shows – stupid and books and music – meaningless.
In such a situation you can be seriously injured from accidents, burns or cuts. Feelings of insecurity in yourself and could lead to depression, which can not be cured only with sleep.
15 or more “yes”es: People with so many positive responses must immediately change their lifestyle. Otherwise they risk having real and big problems with your physical and mental health.
If you’re one of them and you can not lower your “yes”es to 7-8 for 1 week you have to seek a specialist’s help.
