Celebrities all around the world need to take particular care for their bodies so that they could look good when paparazzi capture them unexpectedly … and not only.
The body of Victoria Beckham has always struck her fans. Although she is the mother of four children, Posh Spice is strikingly thin and her body radiates elegance. Actually she became so slim that she even started to receive criticism for being too skinny. Some media even set off the rumors that she suffers from anorexia.
Posh Spice, however, proved to everyone that this is not true and revealed to the curious public how she actually keeps herself fit.
Vicky’s secret is Pu Erh. Pu Erh is Tibetan tea, which is ascribed with the almost miraculous ability to burn fats. In ancient Tibet and China, the Pu Erh tea has been used for medical purposes for more than 1,700 years. The tea was pressed and stored for long time – sometimes for more than 100 years. It is proven that Pu Erh is similar with wine in the way that its quality improves with time. Studies have discovered that Pu Erh has a good influence on a hangover. It also increases metabolism, since its components are associated with macronutrients and food enzymes that reduce nutrient absorption.
Newer studies show a strong effect on lowering cholesterol and the ability of purifying blood. Prolonged use of Pu Erh tea reduces blood triglycerides, high blood pressure, LDL cholesterol and also plays an important role in preventing cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Usage: 1 tablespoon of Pu Erh tea is brewed with 500 ml of water for 7 minutes. You must drink it three times every day, 15 minutes before eating.
