Women, who have diets to lose weight, should know that if they refuse to eat sweet, greasy and spicy foods, this could change their character, scientists warn.
Maybe some of you have already noticed that women, who starve, become slimmer, but also more annoyed or even evil.
To confirm that opinion scientists made an experiment with a few ladies separated in two different groups. The first ones were left on vegetable-fruit diet, and the others were allowed to eat everything.
During the diet the participants should have chosen movies to watch. This way the scientists could understand their moods.
The women, losing weight, made choices for horror and action movies. The sudden lack of tasty foods obviously had a bad impact on them, making them unusually aggressive. Those, who could ate everything, preferred comedies. So they felt happy eating their favourite stuff without putting limits to themselves.
Diets can lead to depressions, comment the doctors. That’s why it is necessary to think before starting to starve – it can make you so nervous, aggressive and depressed. Yes, losing weight is wonderful, but at what price? Should you play with your physical and mental help, just to look thinner? Think about that.
