Fibromyalgia is one of the most common diseases that is similar to arthritis. Complaints are widespread and include muscle, joint pains and chronic fatigue. The disease predisposes to depression and social isolation. Literally the disease drains the physical and mental forces of a person and significantly affects the work performance.
One of the most beautiful people in the world, according to People magazine, the famous Irish singer Sinead O’Connor had to leave her prosperous career because of her fibromyalgia. She announced her retirement in 2003 because she could not deal anymore with the fatigue and pain, caused by the disease. She decided to give herself to her treatment and kids.

Susan Flannery or mainly known as Stephanie Forrester from “The Bold and the Beautiful” was forced to retire since her constant fight with the fibromyalgia was unsuccessful. She had to leave the show but then she returned again. Flannery still fights everyday with the severe pain conditions and depression, caused by fibromyalgia.
