Over one third of senior citizens in the United States are overweight, said in a report the Center for Prevention and Disease Control. But the level of obesity is different in different states. At least 30 percent of adults in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia have a very high weight, which makes their daily life.
Most appear to be fine citizens of Colorado, where only 21 percent are obese, while the thick – in Mississippi almost 36%.
Researchers from City University of New York under the leadership of Herman Ponttser found that the epidemic of the 21st century – in fact, obesity is not due to a sedentary lifestyle. They argued the cause for the disease mostly excessive food intake.
