Smokers who are trying to reduce or quit smoking, can exercise when they feel an irresistible desire to ignite recommend British experts said, report Daily mail.
The authors of the study from the University of Exeter analyzed data from 19 previous clinical trials and found that exercise temporarily reduces gusts to satisfy nicotine cravings.
