Markets are full of foods with label “healthy” but is this really so

Going to the supermarket most of the people search for “healthy” foods but a lot of them are full of artificial sweeteners, synthetic vitamins and minerals. According to numerous advertisements everywhere around us all products are full of fiber, whole grains, vitamins and minerals. Even if the product has “11 vitamins” it has been enriched with artificially and this definitely doesn’t make them healthy.

WARNING! Do Not Eat Products That Contain These Ingredients!

without preservatives

This is not always the whole truth!

Processed foods are full of chemicals needed for the process so even if on the label is marked that the food is “natural” most of its ingredients cannot be absorbed properly. Biscuits, chips, snack, protein bars, fruit juices are considered healthy do not give us any benefits to our health.
If you wonder how to recognize which products are not healthy remember that additives (additive) are divided into colors, preservatives, antioxidants, acidity correctors, thickeners, stabilizers, emulsifiers, raising agents and flavor enhancers. They are added to foods to increase their nutritional value, to extend shelf life, to enhance the taste or other properties of food, and to facilitate their preparation. Although most supplements are held harmless, some are dangerous and it is better to avoid them.

Protect Your Heart with Right Foods
Don’t believe to everything you read on the label and read carefully the ingredients of the products you buy. If there are too many additives and preservatives it is better not to use it.
Additives as GMO, soy and autolyzed yeast extract can cause health problems as headache, nervousness, heart diseases, reproductive problems, changes in hormone levels and a lot more.
