Fitness can be a great way of maintaining your health in a good condition. Some of the main benefits of fitness are:

The long term fitness goals include the decrease of:
  • arterial hipertension
  • heart attack
  • colon cancer
  • obesity
It is necessary that you consult a medic before starting a physical activities program, specially persons that suffer from arterial hypertension or diabetes.
